Hi! I'm Trudi!
I am a Life Coach who’s well-versed in grief—the kind that turns your world upside down and demands a new way forward.
A bit about my journey
If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that life doesn’t ask for permission to turn everything upside down.
By my early 30s, I had faced unimaginable loss, losing every immediate family member I held dear. My journey began in my youth when my brother passed away in a tragic accident, followed by the sudden loss of my father in my mid-20s, and finally my mother.
Each loss changed me in ways I never expected, forcing me to face life head-on and often on my own. While my peers were building their own families, I was navigating grief that few around me could truly understand.
I’ve rebuilt my life from scratch more than once, learning to be my own anchor. Through all of this, I didn’t just survive—I grew. I found resilience in discomfort, transformed loss into wisdom, and developed the rare ability to sit with pain without trying to “fix” it.
What this means for you is that I’m here to hold space for your journey, offering support, not solutions, and guidance, not quick fixes.
I know what it’s like to feel out of place, burdened by grief, and unsure of the next step. And I also know the incredible strength that can emerge on the other side. My work is about guiding you through your transformation, helping you answer the pivotal question, “What do I do now?”
Whether you’re dealing with the end of a relationship, the loss of a job, or the passing of a loved one, these moments alter our identities and demand a new way forward. Together, we’ll honor the feelings that arise, move through the discomfort, and equip you with tools to create a life you love—even if it doesn’t look the way you once envisioned.
Why work with me?
Look, asking for help can feel weird—I get it. We’re conditioned to believe we’re supposed to have it all together. But trust me, no one gets through life without a little help.
After years of rebuilding myself, I’ve got a knack for sitting in the messy parts without rushing to fix things. So if you need someone who can hold space for your truth (no matter how raw), I’m your person.
In our work together, we’ll dig into what’s holding you back, release the old crap, and create some damn good boundaries along the way. Life might have taken a detour, but you can still build a life you’re thrilled to call your own.
So if you’re ready to stop putting yourself last and start reclaiming your life, let’s do this. Together, we’ll find out exactly who you’re meant to be—and have a hell of a time getting there.
