What is the ELI 360?
The Energy Leadership™ Index 360° Assessment combines the powerful insight of the ELI Self-Assessment with a 360-degree view of the client in 36 different leadership competencies, offering a robust understanding of a client’s energetic makeup and how their self-perceptions align or differ from the perceptions of those around them.
How the ELI 360 Works?
- You will receive the assessment which will showcase your energetic makeup and level of consciousness.
- Also, you will answer questions to rate your 36 leadership competencies.
- You will choose raters to evaluate you on your leadership competencies ~ the raters receive a questionnaire to rate you based on their perception of you.
How the ELI 360 debrief works?
- We will schedule 2 different debriefs
- One for your ELI to identifying areas of strength and opportunity from the regular energetic breakdown.
- One for the 36 leadership competencies ratings.
