Challenges show up all of the time, don’t they?

When challenges present themselves, it is in these moments where it feels like life is happening TO me. When I can step back (taking a breath or a pause), I am able to see it more clearly.
What if taking on the thinking of ‘challenges are going to come my way’ would help one be able to not feel the victim of what is happening to them, but rather honor what is?
This would be a completely different energy you are working with. And it would help one release catabolic energy to get in action mode.
One of the disadvantages about residing in level 1 energy is that you are lethargic, and it is difficult making a change in your life.
To shift from this energy will allow you to release catabolic energy so you can embrace more movement in your life.
While people tend to shy away from anger in our culture, it at least gets you moving and taking action. While it might not be the energy you prefer to be in, it is still movement.
Think about it – have you ever had a relationship (this does not necessarily mean a partner) where you were not being heard. And you got angry by saying some choice words.
While they may have not liked what you had to say, they finally heard you. It may not even have been a good thing that they heard you, but that is another email. This is a demonstration of how using anger got you away from staying silent in your victim energy.
If we use energy to work to our advantages, we can become conscious of our world. It no longer needs to be happening to us, but instead we get to experience our world and choose which energy serves us best to move us forward.
Challenges will pop up, but reflect on the energy within you, so you can continue to choose how you want to show up.
