Soon I am going to be embarking on writing my first eBook of what I envision a three-volume eBook series.

The main title – Fix that Sh*t. The first volume is Own That Sh*t.

What I see over and over again is people avoiding taking ownership in their own life. It is easier to blame others, so you do not have to be responsible.

We get so far outside of our own alignment that we do not realize that we are lying to ourselves. Rather than knowing that you are at fault, it is so juicy to truly believe that someone else has done it to you. This way you can stay in this mindset of victimhood without even realizing it!

And the thing is that you have been lying to yourself for so long that you do not even know that you are!

One of the things I am always teaching my clients is taking ownership in their lives means getting vulnerable and speaking your truth. However, they need to understand what their truth is to begin with!

There is some type of payoff we get by continuing to buy into the narrative that we are a victim to what happens to us.

When I start to see the shift in my clients of taking ownership in their lives, they start setting boundaries, speaking their truth, and most importantly become empowered in their own decisions. It is the beginning of where it all changes.

And I know it is rare for people to do this on their own. Our ego has a stronghold over us to not even be able to see our bloodspots!

I am excited to write again! I am even more excited to write about “Fix that Sh*t’. Who else is excited?

Here is a preview of the book cover that my dear friend Rosey crafted for me!

Much love,
Trudi
