What you are thinking is congruent to what you are feeling.

If you are feeling joy, you are thinking ‘everyone wins’.

If you are feeling anger, you are thinking ‘I win, and you lose’ (or vice versa).

When you change your thoughts, you change your feelings. It CAN be that quick.

You might ask, ‘why is it so hard to quickly change my thoughts?’. It is when we become are thoughts and do not observe them, we believe we are our thoughts and feelings.

All too often I hear, they made me feel this way. No, they did not. You felt it because your thought made you feel that way.

No one can make you feel anything. It is all an inside job.

How many times have you thought someone was talking about you? Catch that? THOUGHT. It all starts in your mind with a thought.

It may or may not be true, but it all does come from within.

Let’s go back to a moment you experienced anger. Usually you are thinking, they are wrong, and you are right (or vice versa). However, it is neither right nor wrong by both parties. It is neutral.

From your thought (THOUGHT!) you determined to know who was at fault. However, from their thought (once again THOUGHT), they had a different experience. See, it is all thought.

We all live in separate realities created by thought. To change your reality, change your thought.

My challenge this week is for you to shift your thought and report back to me how it went.

Much love,
Trudi
