No one needs to be fixed! 

Period! 

You are not broken!

All too often when we share with someone, the response comes back with ‘what we should do’. So annoying!

Have you ever witnessed yourself either a.) experience this or b.) done this to someone else?

Confession the other day I was telling someone who was in pain that they should try to see an acupuncturist. See that – a should and a try all in one sentence! Guilt, guilt, GUILT!

Afterwards, I listened to my emotions and realized that I was trying to fix her. I messaged her and apologized that I did that. When we finally spoke, I told her I was sorry for doing something that I personally despise when others do it to me. 

She let me know that she understood I was trying to help. Yes, I was trying to help. And I forgot for a moment that she is a grown ass adult that KNOWS how to take care of herself. 

All too often we forget to ONLY listen to others. To allow them to be themselves. If and when they ask for advice, then we can share our opinion. 

Too often we believe that I need to fix this and fix that with our own self. You are whole and complete just as you are.

What would be more beneficial to you is to shift energy. Shifting energy lets you release the catabolic energy and move into anabolic energy.

I would love to normalize allowing people to BE themselves. Without the extra.

This week when you catch yourself fixing someone, call yourself out on it and apologize to them. This is where you can start to shift by becoming conscious you are doing it.
